Was World Domination, Now World Building

Since my Blog Quiz about World Domination utterly failed (unless you have a Live Journal ID, which I don't yet), I'll approach this from a different angle.

If you could build a world, or dominate an existing world and recreate it to your liking, what would it ideally look like?

Would it be matriarchal? Patriarchal?

Would there be social hierarchy?

Would there be a strong military?

And finally, would chocolate be abundant and free?
